Privacy Policy

What we collect

• The choices you make in the order form: your patron saint's name and rank, how long your morning and evening prayers should be, the names of the living and the departed you pray for (optional), your parish's calendar (Old or New), the year and the page size. We do not ask for or accept photos or any other uploads. We keep these choices with your order because your PDF is made again from them each time you open it. Our own code assembles your book from them; no AI service sees them.
• The result we create for you.
• Your email address, when you unlock the full result.
• Order and payment records: status, amount, the amount and fee monobank reports for your payment (we never receive your card details; payment is handled by monobank). To apply the free-preview limit, an order also keeps a one-way hash of your network address.
• Site usage analytics: pages viewed, how far you scroll, which buttons, questions and form fields you use (which fields you fill in, never what you type), how fast pages load, time on the site, the referring site and campaign tags, approximate location (country/city from your IP address; the IP itself is stored only as a one-way hash), device, browser and language. With your consent we also store a random visitor ID in your browser to recognise repeat visits; if you decline, your browser sends us no analytics. With the same consent we also load the Google Ads tag, which sets Google advertising cookies so we can see whether a visit from our ads ended in a purchase; without consent it is not loaded.
• Server records, kept whether or not you allow analytics and without any cookie or browser storage: when our home page is requested, and when you ask for a preview, our server notes the country, device type (phone, tablet or computer), browser family and network operator of the request, whether it looks automated, and for home-page requests the referring site's name and the campaign tags in the link (for a Google Ads click only that one happened, never its ID). These records contain no IP address, and a visitor ID only if you allowed analytics; a preview request's record is linked to its order.

Why

To create and deliver your preview and result, send you the result link, provide support and handle refunds, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Processors

• Cloudflare — hosting, storage, email delivery and analytics collection.
• monobank — payment processing.
• Google Ads — measuring whether our ads lead to purchases (only with your consent).

Retention

• Previews you do not pay for: the order with your details and email (if you entered one) is deleted 30 days after you asked for the preview.
• Paid orders (email, details, result, amount, date): kept for 400 days after payment for support, refunds and accounting, then deleted.
• Your PDF is not stored: it is made again from your paid order each time you open it.
• Analytics, server records and order events (such as “payment received”): kept for up to 730 days, and at most the latest 1,000,000 of them; older ones are deleted first.
• Our internal dashboard keeps a copy of those records and a summary of each order (dates, status, amount, campaign tags and your email masked like jo***@example.com; never your details, result or full email) for no longer than this site does: the masked email is removed when the order is deleted (30 days after an unpaid preview, 400 days after payment, or when you ask us to delete it), everything else after 730 days, and after that only anonymous daily totals of visits, orders and revenue remain.
• When you ask us to delete an order, we delete it and remove the visitor and device details from its analytics records.

Sensitive details

Your choices show that you practice the Orthodox Christian faith, and the names of the living and the departed that you enter are personal data about other people which, in a prayer book, may also reveal religious belief. Religious belief is a special category of personal data. Everything beyond your patron saint's name is optional. We use these details only to build your prayer book and its PDF, on the basis of the explicit consent you give when you submit the form, and never for advertising; our analytics record only which form fields are filled in, never what you type. The details are stored with your order, where only Heldig Lab can see them, for support and for deletion requests: a preview you do not pay for is deleted 30 days after you make it, and a paid order 400 days after payment, so your link and PDF keep working until then. The email with your book has the PDF attached, so the names are also in your mailbox. Email heldig.lab@pm.me and we delete your order, names included, sooner; you can withdraw your consent the same way. Monobank keeps its own record of your payment, which does not include the names.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by email. We never sell your data.
